WordPress 2.0.6 has been released, and it’s a recommended upgrade.
Here’s what’s new:
The aforementioned security fixes. HTML quicktags now work in Safari browsers. Comments are filtered to prevent them from messing up your blog layout. Compatibility with PHP/FastCGI setups.
Also we’re told that this will probably be the last release before 2.1 is out, since it just entered the beta stage. Nice.

Hey Thord .. Welcome back! Do you have any guess or idea when v2.1 will come out of beta? I’d hate to have to upgrade all my sites to 2.0.6 then update them again. It’s quite time consuming.

Sorry Hart, no idea. It’ll probably be a couple of weeks at least, most likely more than a month, so I’d recommend you to upgrade.
