Vidshadow, a growing online video network, has forged an agreement with BOOMj, the social network for Baby Boomers and Generation Joneses, to integrate their newly enhanced video platform. Content will include health, finance, politics, technology, entertainment, and travel as well as niche categories. BOOMj will also feature selections from the Vidshadow library of licensed content on their website.
BOOMj.com will use the video platform to play all selections from its vast library of content. BOOMj will also use the platform to play its original program series BOOMj Today. Vidshadow will serve as a video advertising network for BOOMj. The Company will provide advertisers with options for pre-rolls, post-rolls and overlay ads that will broadcast during online video segments.
Baby boomers will enjoy the newly licensed content from Vidshadow, including those of Planet X, National Lampoon, Full Turn Media, among others.
In related development, BOOMj also forged a strategic cross-promotion partnership with AmericanLife TV Network (ALN), the cable network devoted to the Baby Boomer generation. The strategic partnership will include marketing and promotion initiatives with ALN and BOOMj.com including cross promotions, program streaming video, 30-second promo cable and broadband spots, shared subscriber promotions, brand name e-commerce opportunities and more.
