Wavexpress announced a new content license with Next New Networks. This license allows Wavexpress to offer a dozen new channels from Next New Networks’ micro-television network on Wavexpress’ Internet television application, TVTonic, giving users access to a total of over 370 channels of online video content.
The new channels being added to TVTonic’s lineup include:
Bleacher Bloggers: The one stop source for the latest sporting news, bragging, belly-aching and blogtificating. Bleacher Bloggers’ Dave Aizer and Brent Popolizio scour the sports blogosphere for the most cogent and the most bizarre commentary and opinions, and then sound off straight from the bleacher.
Channel Frederator: The world’s first cartoon video podcast is also one of the very best, with animated video shorts from around the globe. It also features grown-up ‘toons ranging from the hysterically funny to the mind-bogglingly weird to the surprisingly poignant. Channel Frederator’s shorts are never what you expect, but are always worth watching.
Fast Lane Daily: Dubbed the “Infobahn†for the car crowd, this network helps viewers stay up to speed on the latest and greatest in the automotive world. It takes viewers from the design room to the showroom floor, not only taking a look at what’s new, but also what’s next for car enthusiasts everywhere.
ThreadBanger: Unleashing the “Fashionista†in everyone, ThreadBanger is the first network for people who create their own new looks. The latest fashion trends are no longer found in New York, Paris, or Milan, but in one’s very own closet, attic, and the thrift store down the street. Hosts Rob and Corinne visit the homes of viewers and give “do it yourself†tips for how anyone can become a designer in their own right.
