Pardon me while I laugh my ass off at Rick Feldman, CEO of the National Association of Television Program Executives. The guy says all free content is doomed.
“Some organizations think putting your content for free on the Web is a good idea. I think it’s a bad idea,” says the TV guy. “If you have something no one is willing to pay for, you don’t have anything.”
By that logic, free TV should never have taken off, and the National Association of Television Program Executives would never have been formed. Congratulations on creating a time paradox, Mr. Feldman.
