The Nokia Beta Labs released a nice little app with a little touch of ingenuity called – Nokia Feel. This app is pretty simple: you tell your Nokia supported device how you feel and then the app will suggest various activities that you can do that will complement how you feel at that moment.
Sounds cool? Actually it is. Although it would have been cooler if a Nokia phone supports voice recognition like the Google Nexus One so that you can just voice out how you feel. But in this case, the app works only with Nokia phones that are touch-enabled. So, to use the Nokia feel app, you need the sense of touch.
The app has a pre-programmed list of feelings that you can choose from and these include – Lucky, Lonely, Hungry, Energetic, Bored, Creative, Caring and so on. Unfortunately, I don’t have a Nokia so I can’t check out whether the app supports “rage” or “rave”. It would have been interesting what the app will suggest if you’re in a rage or raving feeling.
Some of the activities that the app suggests if for example you’re bored are – to find the nearest restaurant, ask friends to go out to eat or find a recipe and cook some food.
If you have a touch-enabled Nokia phone, you may download the app from the Nokia Beta Labs website.
