Pokemon USA, Inc. has won the Distinguished Achievement Award given annually by the Association of Educational Publishers to recognize the most outstanding materials in the field of teaching and learning. Its online educational initiative, Pokemon Learning League, earned top marks in the Science Instruction-Technology-Websites-K-5 category for its science lessons. The suite of animated, interactive lessons covers science, math, language arts, and life skills for grades 3-6. The award was presented during the AEP Annual Educational Publishing Summit in Washington, D.C.
