After nixing their free plans and embracing a pure premium model, Ning users are now able to choose the plan that is right for them, although Ning is giving users until the end of August to choose a plan or find a new home.
The three new plans – Ning Mini, Ning Plus and Ning Pro – are now live!

After quiting the search engine wars, it looks as if Yahoo! has finally begun handing over its beloved search bar, dignity and any silver medals to Microsoft’s Bing, who (as shown below) eagerly awaits the opportunity to take on Google.
When we announced our intention to enter into a search and advertising relationship with Yahoo! almost a year ago, we began a journey that will help us build a scale search advertising marketplace and provide a real competitive alternative for consumers, publishers and advertisers.

It looks like the Google overlords have finally wised up and are now allowing users of their ever so popular Android device to charge apps to their carrier cell phone bill.

Section 13.2 is new in its entirety, covering indemnity for payment processors for claims related to tax accrual.
