Thank you for the warning of what is to come regarding women’s health care. Where does funding come for the latest research that claims women don’t need mammograms until 50? I have three friends who had double mastectomies this summer and all are in their early 40’s. I live in a town of 13,000. Who is doing the research? Is it based in the U.S. or in countries with universal health care? The research was condescending to women saying their anxiety will be relieved! Who cooked up this preposterous language? Are we going to pay for health care on the backs of our young women? With the choices for health care for women including access to abortion rapidly disappearing, I am concerned for my children and grandchildren. I am an advocate for health care legislation, but I want some smart investigative journalists to look into this research for me. How about you?
