The New York Times has uncorked a vintage. That is a blog about wine. It’s written by Eric Asimov. This should be interesting. Suprisingly Eric Asimov has a reputation here amongst restaurant owners. They have even tried to dig up dirt on the good looking chap. Mostly so they could intimidate him in the Gotti fashion. I’m thinking we now have some restaurant owners who are going to be reading his blog every morning to make sure he doesn’t mention that late night wine stop in Little Italy. Who knows. It’s going to be fun ride for Eric and the Times. I can’t wait to see it pour out.
