Top music streaming service in the U.K. – Spotify has just expanded its coverage so to speak. Â Just announced is its availability on Symbian-powered mobile phones from the likes of Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson. Â Symbian phone users will now be able to get unlimited music streaming on their mobile phones. Of course, as it has always been, there is a catch to this service – fixed data plan and premium Spotify account.
To date, there are around 21 Nokia handsets that are compatible with the Spotify music streaming service including the N97, Nokia 5000 series such as 5320, 5800 and 5530.  In case you’re a Nokia fan, you’d notice that all these phones already have Nokia’s own music streaming service – the Nokia Comes with Music service. This might not be enough though as Spotify offers more music selections.
Other Symbian phones that support Spotify’s music streaming services are the Sony Ericsson Sati, Samsung i8910 Omnia HD and GT-I700.
If you’re using any of these phone and you want a solid music streaming service, simply point your mobile phone’s browser to http://m.spotify.com. Be sure that you have a Spotify Premium Account and that your phone is under a fixed data plan.
