I am also have the same problem with mynoggin.com. For the second month now they are charging my card 5 times for an account I cannot even access for my child to play the games. I’m not seeing anywhere that any of us has found a way to reach them. If anyone does know how to reach them can you please email me at [email protected]. Thanks!

I can’t find how to contact them either, I cancelled during the trial period and still got charged, there is no phone number on my CC statement and no contact info I can find on their site.

I have been trying to access mynoggin.com and can’t seem to log into the website. You have been charging my credit card even though I can’t get into the web site. After reading the above complaints and comments I discover other people seem to be having this problem. Do you have a solution?

I am having the same problem as everyone above.I am going to put a dispute on my credit card everytime my statement comes. Maybe that will help.

Same problem. I cancelled during the trial period (my daughter is too young for it) and I keep getting charged-filing my 3rd dispute. Total waste of energy, not to mention that I would have signed on next year when my daughter is older. But now, I have no desire to do business with a company that won’t even make their phone number available and can’t get their billing straight.

It’s really bad that the people above are having the payment problems. One would think you could just contact your bank and stop the payments. But quite often if you have entered into an agreement and given your card details the banks cannot stop the payments.
These days I will only pay by Paypal, more and more suppliers are being forced to accept this means of payment as it is really safe. In my case if they won’t accept Paypal then they can get lost!!
There is a really good publication about protecting your child online…every parent should have a copy!!

I was outraged to find out all of these folks are having the same trouble with mynoggin.com as I am. I cancelled my subscription months ago, can’t log on, and am being charged TWICE a month. I did a lot of searches and came up with this phone number & address:
212-258-7579 1515 Broadway, New York, NY 10036
I called and got a voicemail (of course) but at least there’s a phone number!
good luck!

I am so thankful for this website. I am up to $210 in triple monthly charges with mynoggin and could never contact them. I called the number one of you gave me and they are refundingme within 3 days. What a scam!!!!
Kim says
Do NOT trust myNoggin.com. Do NOT sign up with this scam. After jumping through several hoops, leaving messages at numbers that were supposed to provide “live” customer support, and sending messages via their Website, I finally got myNoggin to cancel my subscription. I received an email stating that it was cancelled. After that, they charged my account again, anyway. I did not have a long-term subscription. It was a month-to-month arrangement, so cancellation should have meant a complete parting of ways. It did not. MyNoggin, Viacom, etc. stole the money from my account. I tried to log onto the site to see what was going on, as the only way you can get customer support information or contact information is if you are logged on. It will not log me on. I hit “forgot password.” My password was sent to my email account. It was the same one I had been entering. So, I tried again. Same result. So, it’s obvious that the account HAS been closed. That didn’t stop them from taking money out of my checking account. This company needs to be investigated. Parents need to be cautious. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
Robin says
Ok, I just called the above listed 1-888 number and someone answered very quickly. She was very helpful in canceling my subscription. Now I am anxious to see my cc statement next month to see if it really got canceled. Wish me luck…

I am really glad that I searched and found this page. It is sad that they advertise this service and then have absolutely no follow up support for it. We are only getting charged the 5.95, but are locked in for a year now and have not been able to log in to our account since day one. The “lost password” function does not work. I have emailed them three times with no response. I am calling the 1-888 number tomorrow, hopefully we can get somewhere…
