Georgia Getz writes a popular humor blog, iambossy.com, and over the two years since its inception she has forged intimate friendships with the other bloggers and readers who dwell in her comment section. “Bossy” delivers original, witty commentary on contemporary lifestyle, and her blog uniquely facilitates a dynamic conversation among strange bedfellows: mommy bloggers, political bloggers, craft bloggers, gay bloggers, entertainment bloggers — this large and dedicated group has become a tight-knit support system beyond more predictable convention.
On March 25th, Getz climbed into a hybrid car sponsored by Saturn and is spending the subsequent five weeks meeting and convening with those close friends she’s never met. To date, 260 bloggers across 207 cities in 43 states have signed up to take part in Bossy’s adventure – with more being added every day.
Due to this exciting level of participation, Getz is holding blogger events in 25 cities as she crosses the country: Philadelphia, D.C., Richmond, Atlanta, Orlando, Tallahassee, Baton Rouge, Dallas, Santa Fe, Scottsdale, San Diego, L.A., San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Boise, Salt Lake City, Denver, Kansas City, St. Louis, Madison, Chicago, Indianapolis, Detroit, and Cleveland.

We had a great time in Tallahassee. Georgia is brave and good to travel and connect with readers and bloggers in this way. She’s out- un-hierachied the UnCons by 10,000 miles.
