Considering Google’s push to the cloud, I’m surprised it took this long for Google Chrome to push your bookmarks to the cloud. The search giant’s browser now features bookmark sync built in with its latest dev channel build, when launched with the command-line parameter “–enable-sync”.
Naturally, synced bookmarks are associated with your Google account. The feature should be rolled out to Chrome’s mainline builds soon.
Bookmark sync is available as a plugin for Firefox, as are many other cloud-enablement features. With Google strongly pushing users toward cloud computing, expect Google to build such features straight into Chrome.
