FreshBooks announced the release of Expense Tracking, a new service that helps users get their expenses out of their shoe boxes, and onto their invoices and business dashboard. With the new service, FreshBooks customers can now track and manage both the cost and sales sides of their cash flow, for a more complete picture of their business and client relationships. Expense Tracking was the most frequently requested feature in customer feedback surveys and is now included as part of the core FreshBooks service at no additional cost.
Users can add or track expenses from anywhere, even on a mobile device, and get them paid faster by including them in the same professional looking invoices that they use to bill for their time. Customers with multiple users accessing the service can also allow staff to see the status of each of their own expenses. In addition, the service helps users with basic expense tracking, such as their rent, car or phone.

I would like to recommend CaseFox Web-based Time and Billing Software for time tracking and billing needs. CaseFox offers role based multi-user interface. No time restricted basic plan is free. Paid plans start at $10/month – no per user additional charges.
