Lithium Technologies, Inc., provider of on-demand enterprise community solutions, announced that DoubleClick will use Lithium’s online client community-building tools to enhance client care for its DART platform users. Using Lithium’s technology, DoubleClick will create forums to provide DoubleClick’s users with peer-to-peer support, as well as deliver information to help quickly resolve issues and answer questions. These forums will allow ad agencies, web publishers and marketers to collaborate on developing best practices, and exchange and leverage support information.
“Lithium’s community-building tools make it easy to create an effective and convenient online resource that will help our clients resolve concerns, share information and collaborate with their peers on issues impacting their businesses. It’s another way for us to provide clients with support and access to expertise,” said John Rehl, SVP Global Technical Services for DoubleClick.
DoubleClick is currently implementing single sign-on into the support community. DoubleClick will introduce its new online community as a phased approach over the summer.
