Mobile marketers can now turn to Bango Analytics and use the new goal comparison feature to see which mobile ad campaigns and traffic sources deliver the best conversion rates. Advertisers can also compare the value of the traffic from third-party ad services using independent data provided by Bango Analytics.

With the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) reporting the need for “independent testing and scrutiny to build trust and confidence in the mobile advertising”, Bango aims to fill this gap with a service that provides hard data, free from any vendor bias. The new goal comparison feature helps marketers measure the return on investment for campaigns across different ad networks to make smarter buying decisions.

T-Mobile USA, Inc. has taken the first commercial step in the rollout of its third generation (3G) wireless network by launching its UMTS/HSDPA network in New York City. The rollout will continue towards the rest of the year.

T-Mobile’s 3G network supports voice and data services consistent with available service and handset offerings. Customers using a 3G-capable handset from T-Mobile will also experience faster data speeds when accessing the web, or downloading content from the T-Mobile t-zones content portal.

In the coming months, T-Mobile plans to offer its first HSDPA device, along with new and compelling data-centric, all-in-one devices that help make the most of T-Mobile’s high-speed data network.

As the 3G service rolls out in targeted major markets, T-Mobile will continue to build upon its T-Mobile HotSpot Wi-Fi network and its nationwide voice and data network, to empower customers to effortlessly stay connected using the best available network.
