Burst Media announced a partnership with Quattro Wireless to leverage its GetMobile platform to adapt its network of web sites and co-sell advertising across its mobile network. This new delivery channel will enable advertisers to serve high quality mobile ads in conjunction with Internet display ads without requiring a new platform or needing additional networks to coordinate ad campaigns. The first two web publishers to launch mobile versions of their sites under this program are RealGM and Parent Previews.
This partnership combines the specialty content demanded by audiences with the branding and direct personal impact of mobile ads. Burst Media and Quattro Wireless can enable independent Web publishers to easily create mobile versions of their sites and monetize them through their existing online advertising, as well as mobile-specific advertising.
