Chris Pearson, our in house design guru, and artistic editorial consultant has launched a new celebrity site where he’s giving away gadgets every week. Pardon me while I head over to waste my days.
Muhammad Saleem our in house Social News expert has joined the Pronet Advertising Team so that’s keeping him nice and busy. He’s had a few really great pieces over there.
Thord Hedengren has been busy doing some design work for Syntagma Media and also has a nice interview up on Blogger Talks with Neil Patel of Pronet Advertising.
We welcomed Duncan Riley and Matt Craven to 901am and I’m pleased to have them onboard. They’ve been making some nice contributions already.
Another new comer this week and largely to fill in here and there is Curtiss Thompson. He runs the hilarious site Colbert on Demand.
As for me I took 3 days off and headed into the backwoods of Pennsylvania. I’m gearing up for some development work behind the scenes on a few projects as well as some face time on another. So there might be some sporadic posting over here by me as the weeks go on. But these guys sure have been rocking it out. I’m super impressed.
Seriously check out their personal projects and have a good rest of the week.

This article is the whitest article I’ve ever read.
Famous Quote I made just tonight: “Digg was so slow tonight I thought the internet had died.”
Chad Randall joins B5 as the Ad Sales Guy , its about time blog networks start thinking about selling some of their inventory. No seriously. The only way to make money is to sell ads.

I’m always in the lookout for tools and stuff that inspire me. Also stuff that I find useful. Aviva has some really great stuff in this list of tools for entrepreneurs to grow their business. My favorite tool on this list is Prosper. I also find myself using Meebo from time to time in a pinch.

The one thing I’m really good at is Blog Launches. Ok I have a few other talents. But this one I really enjoy. In this process I’ve learned how to develop an authority site in the process by cranking up the notch of the launch and continuing it past the launch. Here’s the oh so simple recipe for developing an authority site.
You have to start with Flagship Material.
Then you stay consistent. Like a clock.
Then you email your friends, and a few other possible people with suggestions why Your Content could be useful to their readers.
Add a pinch of Digg, Reddit, and Delicious.
Sweeten the pot with a Kick Ass Blog Design.
Steadily repeat all the above steps, adding and removing high quality writers and soon enough you will be an authority.
